They have little stations for bike rental all over Toulouse. It's seems to me like they're more common than the metro stations. Pierre took me on the bike ride, and we stopped at a bar in the centre ville... to get a sprite :)
He's actually an high school teacher- teaches economy. I might have been able to guess it- he's got a fun, open personality and is always teaching me something. I've learned so much since I came to Toulouse. One fascinating thing that they have is the Canal du Midi- I'll explain it tomorrow- I need to go to bed now. For now, I'll just say that it connects the Mediterranean Sea with the Atlantic Ocean in a technically impossible way that somehow worked out.
That is a RAD bike! A bike ride through Toulouse sounds like a great way to spend a day.
